For urgent cases of humanitarian need, such as accidents, death, illness, etc., after working hours and during weekends, Belgians can reach the Embassy in Budapest via the emergency number +36 30 982 42 23. Please note that this number is not for visa enquiries.

In case of theft or loss of documents, please do not call between 8pm and 8am. Please refer to the section Theft or loss of identity and travel documents.
