For urgent humanitarian cases (accidents, death, illness, etc. - no visa!) after opening hours or at weekends, Belgians can contact the Embassy in Budapest on the emergency number +36 30 982 42 23. In the event of theft or loss of documents, please do not telephone between 8pm and 8am. See Theft or loss of identity or travel documents.
